  • 2 cups flour (all function or entire wheat) (use GF 1:1 flour to make them gluten free)
  • 1 cup raisins
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup brown sugar** (non-compulsory, see observe)
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon allspice
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
